A better smile does not always require veneers

Whitening, alignment, contouring and additive bonding can sometimes create a more natural result with less tooth preparation.

Start with the reason for dissatisfaction

Color, position, tooth proportion, gum display, worn edges and old restorations create different visual problems. Treating the wrong factor can produce an over-treated result.

  • Whitening for generalized discoloration
  • Orthodontic movement for position and spacing
  • Additive composite for small shape changes
  • Replacement of isolated failing restorations
  • Veneers or crowns only when clearly indicated

Conservative does not mean simplistic

Minimal treatment still requires accurate diagnosis, material selection, shade control and bite management. The goal is to achieve the desired improvement while preserving options for the future.

Previewing the plan

Photographs, digital designs, mock-ups or provisional restorations can help communicate proportions before irreversible treatment. A preview is a planning tool, not a guarantee of an identical biological outcome.
